Our team is led by Dr. Cheryl Cottle, an educational practitioner, instructional technologist, and published researcher. Our solutions are built on proprietary research, focusing on the adoption, diffusion, and infusion of computer applications in the workplace. We design the learning architectures and automated strategies that scale organizations, and we deploy our proprietary Diffusion-to-Infusion Framework.

MEET DR. CHERYL COTTLE.
Dr. Cheryl Cottle is the founder, owner and chief consultant at Cottles’ Professional Consulting. She started the company as a response to the way she saw organizations struggle to effectively implement technologies into their business operations. As an African-Caribbean woman from Trinidad and Tobago, she is passionate about helping women of diverse backgrounds support themselves and their families through education and entrepreneurship.
EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP.
Dr. Cheryl Cottle holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English Literature and History, a Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Technology and Instruction Systems Design, as well as a doctorate in Education: Curriculum Development & Computer-Application in the Curriculum. Her doctoral dissertation is: A Case Study of Three organization’s Plans to Facilitate the Adoption, Diffusion, and Infusion of Computer Technology in the Workplace.

Through this initiative we offer women an opportunity to learn, network and share their expertise with others through our publications, podcast and events.
Through our community, we connect with women to help them grow their business and develop strong entrepreneurial skills. Our online group has over 15,000 members and continues to grow as a viable networking forum. Dr. Cottle has held the position of Editor in Chief, Radio Host, Author, Publisher, and Administrator for this flagship program, including editing the woman’s magazine Simply Inspirational for Women in Business.
